I say work as when they       get out, if they know how to work the lower the chances they will re-offend.              Then there is the age discrimination thing. Why not let the perps under       age et a little social heat. Better they learn at 15 than 30.              Ya, a billion to keep leaches safe or a billion to house criminals, I go       for the later. Harpo and out leaders might want to ask why we people       are so angry at government.
