   THIS month  - we see the Chief Electoral Officer playing 'change the rules   
   once again to   
   thwart the anti-HST campaign' on behalf of the Campbell government.  Ask that   
   man, Craig   
   James,  "to resign" ?  Kick his ass the hell out of the job and have him   
   CHARGED with   
   electoral fraud.  He needs to be behind bars - his defence paid by us   
   taxpayers, no doubt.
