   In days of yore, when George Hees was the federal Minister of Trade &   
   Commerce he sent each of the trade commissioners in our embassies a set   
   of cuff links with the letters "YCDBSOYA" that stood for "You Can't Do   
   Business Sitting On Your A(nkle)"!  Why does our premier need to swan   
   over to the Far East? -- Send a delegation of pros to do the job or   
   appoint a couple of commissioners to reside in the region and drum up   
   business!   
      
   Heaven only knows what gaffes the premier will make in foreign   
   countries.  Remember the one about changing the Canadian Constitution?
