   Nice steaming pile of BS there. Once the 7% tax is scrapped, the market   
   will respond, and the prices will rise by 7% due to consumer demand.   
   Result: Buyers get zilch, and money that would have flown into   
   government revenue instead goes into the pockets of developers and   
   realtors.   
      
   It's quite a nice little scam, and it's hard to believe that anyone   
   takes seriously what any Vancouver realtor says.
