   EDMONTON - Edmonton police arrested an elderly man for allegedly calling 911   
   operators to talk about masturbation. According to a police report, William   
   Michael David Grosvenor-Gruber, 72, called 911 on Saturday, May 5 at least 17   
   times.   
      
   The report reveals Grosvenor, who initially identified himself as "Patrick   
   Humpboys," made sexually oriented comments to the emergency operators each time   
   he called.   
      
   Police say it isn't the first time they've arrested Grosvenor for calling 911.   
   In one incident, he threw a Molotov Cocktail at his own house and then called   
   911 to claim he had been "firebombed." When Edmonton Police arrived, the man   
   was found naked, masturbating in his front yard.   
      
   Records show he's been arrested three previous times. The report states when   
   officers arrived to Grosvenors' home, he was "very belligerent and rude;" when   
   the police knocked, his loud voice could be heard counselling inhabitants   
   "Don't open the door! Don't open the door, it's the Mare and his Jews!"
