   Rodd thinks that because he has a couple of local cops on his payroll he   
   won't get caught. Families of the kids he killed are pressuring MPs, MLAs   
   and the RCMP.   
   Perhaps the family of a kid he killed may decide to apply their own justice.   
      
   When the cops get him, in his car with secret panels, they will save the   
   state millions of dollars - for prosecutors, court costs, and jail - by   
   shooting up the car with secret panel, with RODD inside, The resulting   
   inferno will instantly cremate this murderer.
