   Police are looking for a mental patient missing from a facility in Port   
   Coquitlam.   
      
   RCMP say Cao The Phan is reported to have left the Forensic Coast   
   Cottages at Riverview without permission.   
      
   The 51-year-old is now wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for being   
   unlawfully at large.   
      
   He is five feet tall, walks with a limp, and is missing his index and   
   middle fingers on his right hand.   
      
   The man has gone missing from the facility before.   
      
   If you see him, call police or 911 right away and do not approach him.
