   Saw a woman standing on the corner there pacing back and forth for quite a   
   while. I was waiting for a bus across the street. Don't know if she was a pro.   
   Nobody slowed to look at her.   
      
   The development in the area is complete in near record time. The developer   
   must have turned a tidy profit. They jacked the asking price by 100k shortly   
   after they broke ground.   
      
   Kalmar restaurant nearby is good. I had dinner there and had the Halibut   
   burger and clam chowder with some fries. There is also a free salad bar but I   
   didn't avail myself of that.
