   LOL, you don't seem to understand simple physics.   
   An object as heavy as an automobile has lots of    
   inertia. When at rest it wants to remain at rest   
   and in motion it wants to remain in motion.   
      
   I bet even teh kensitard knows that much.  So,    
   accelerating a heavy automobile on a loose surface   
   will actually be SLOWER because when the wheels    
   spin the energy that would have gone towards    
   modifying the inertia becomes wasted via moving    
   the gravel instead.    
      
   Any judge with even a basic grasp of physics    
   would have thrown the book at you.
