Was it a FTW a extortion attempt a       disgruntled employee, a total crazy.       > © 2020 Global News, a division of Corus Entertainment Inc.              This according to Channel 21 news today has cost them 5 million dollars. Hire       a K9 security team a security dude and a German Shepherd or something like       that. When the motion detector and lights go off then the security team can       confront or call the cops        hopefully both. I don't know who owns the gondala but I would be pissed by       this happening a second time. Cops say they have video but haven't released       any. Doubt it was bigfoot. Was it a FTW a extortion attempt a disgruntled       employee, a total crazy,        extremist enviromentalist, perhaps a business competitor.              When I worked at NSD on Canfor in New West, BC circa 1997 they had a overnight       security dude. Ppl in years past had roamed unto the property which didn't       have a back fence just a concrete barrier which you could climb over. They       eventually got rid of the        $12 an hour security dude because they pointed out nothing ever happens here       at night anymore. Within a month someone broke into the generator shack and       stole the $5k generator. No generator the office has no power and the light       for the night crew don't        work. Although a legit company I never had a problem with, this location       wasn't connected to the electric grid because the City of New West wouldn't       give them the permits because they wanted the location moved because it didn't       fit the zoning code.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
