   Golly, gee . . .  'sexual harassment or sexual assault' allegations all over   
   the place.  And they all have a common thread:  the perpetrators have always   
   been MALE.   
      
   Any day now we're going to see the focus shift from 'sexual assault victims' to   
   PERPETRATORS of sexual assaults.   
   After all, don't we want to get past the problem and to the sources of the
