   Brad Wall was smart enough to leave the Conservatives and form the Saskatchewan   
   Party - which is definitely a centrist party.   
   Any province that has a centrist or left-of-centre party seems to thrive.  Any   
   rightwing government gets trounced - after showing their true colours.   
   They have a corporate hue.
