   Word has it that since Albertans don't want more taxes, a PST or less   
   spending, Jim Prentice will need to borrow more money to off set the   
   reduced revenue from oil.     Don't you just love it when Conservative   
   governments in Capitalist Conservative Alberta borrow money because the   
   price at the pump is too low?   
      
   What Canada really needs is a new NEP.  But this time Harper should   
   raise the price of oil artifically so that Alberta won't go broke.
