   Gosh, Mayor Nenshi, every city across this country needs 'stimulus' money.    
   Why would you think that Harper should help YOUR city out when he won't help   
   out cities like Toronto or Vancouver or Halifax?     
      
   Don't you have an Albertan government that's sitting on a very, very healthy   
   'heritage fund'?  Turn to your own province to get your stimulus.  The rest of   
   the country is not in any mood to bail out such a spendthrift, arrogant,   
   up-yours-we-have-oil    
   province.  Others are hurting a helluva lot more than Calgary.
