   Excerpt from The Constitution Act, 1867

   ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
   92A.    (1) In each province, the legislature may exclusively make laws in
   relation to
       (a)    exploration for non-renewable natural resources in the province;
       (b)    development, conservation and management of non-renewable natural
   resources and forestry resources in the province, including laws in relation
   to the rate of primary production therefrom;
   ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

   So, wrong.  Again.

   > So would you say the same about all natural resources?

   > > Time to kickstart the 'Buy Canadian' policy for this country. It's

   You don't seem to want Alberta to sell their oil to anyone.

   As usual, you don't even understand the legislation that you quote and post
   here.
   Provinces can make decisions on exploration and development within their own
   provincial boundaries,
   but when it comes to EXPORTING those natural resources, they come up against
   not only federal and NAFTA
   legislation, they also come up against environmental rules and international
   jurisdictions.

   You're not the brightest bird in the cage, are you, Wakefield?
