The honourable -       and I mean that in the strongest terms - Premier of the province at the       time, Mike Harcourt, took the bullet for Stupich and resigned as       Premier. Not because he did anything wrong himself, but because he       believed in the theory that 'the buck stops here' and it happened under       his watch.              Personally, I think the NDP had better learn to operate a little LESS       honourably in a time when the Harper Conservatives and the federal       Liberals don't consider 'honour' a very high priority in winning       elections and forming government.              Stick with sticking it to the Ontario Liberals, 'Wakefield'. You're       clearly out of your depth on British Columbia's political history.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
