   "The NDP" would have had a dozen programs in place to help the lower   
   income groups - and in their first year of power.   
   You only find this a news-worthy article because it comes from the   
   government that has done nothing but cut programs to people most in need.   
   And teachers.   
      
   And now they're admitting to sitting on a huge surplus of our dollars   
   they've collected through taxes.  Someone tell these bloody rightwingers   
   - Harper included - that tax dollars are meant to be spent on programs   
   and infrastructures for its citizens - not to use for wars or to flaunt
