   Probably we spent less on the CBC as taxpayers than we did on Harper's groomer   
   and Duffy's gifts to   
   his friends.   
      
   At least we got good value from CBC  . . .    Harper looks like he's wearing a   
   grey helmet and Duffy   
   is going to explode one of these days as he tries to get out of a vehicle to
