   Israel was aiming to destroy Iranian weapons bound for Hezbollah; so no   
   impact on the Syrian government, and no help to the rebels at all.   
      
   Face it, it Israel was interested in intervening in Syria, Assad would have   
   been killed in an airstrike long ago.
