   Today. And the 'scare factor' for prices at the pump just didn't develop. Why?   
   Because Alberta has been gouging British Columbians for years with their gas   
   costs.   
      
   Today the price at the pumps is $145.9 to 147.9 /litre depending on the   
   station.   
      
   Mid-March it was $1.52 or more /litre.   
      
   It's not carbon taxes we have to worry about in BC . . . it's Alberta's greed   
   and gouging.
