Hello All!

While trying to get my arca setup going I am tailing the binkd log on my hub
and while watching it I notice that it is polling itself every few minutes. 
Also it is using the wrong (or old tcpip) address.  The address has been
changed and has been reflected for quite some time (more than a year) in the
nodelist.  Any thoughts?
