Greetings All!

I think I have it working mostly atleast..  Binkd sees incoming mail and fires
hpt toss.. ( switched to older zip)... Hpt packs messages for binkd to send. I
have been pouring over my two linux setups for a difference in configs, right
now after writing this message in golded, I will have to run hpt pack to get
it to go out.  Linux setups simply exiting golded prompts that?  Flags are
correct but atleast I am this far...
