Short answer - You define the system in D'Bridge Setup-Config-Internet
Sessions.

Although D'Bridge comes with the BinkD binaries discussed/published here, its 
configuration is completely managed by the mailer. It is not recommended to 
edit the BinkD configuration directly.

The DBRIDGE echo is more appropriate for support...
