Are you using a free account? My best guess is that your configurations sets
up a tunnel from a plain tcp port to the Cloudflare http proxy, which would
not work for binkp. Maybe it's possible with the enterprise plan.

What are you trying to achieve? Can you provide more details of your
configuration and the errors you get?
