Get the Multimail v0.50.  It was compiled for Win32/Win64 by Robert Wolfe. 
That is the most current version but it was never released.  It's available
on the Sourceforge home page if you hunt for it.  I've compiled it here for
my Slackware Linux-based personal machine (I use OS/2 for the BBS) and it
works great.  v0.50 removes some very old dependencies and cleans up the
code quite a bit.
