MSGID: 1:153/757.0 ebb4a10d TZUTC: -0800 CHARSET: LATIN-1 Hello All, Is there a Blue Wave developer in the house, or someone who can answer a question for me? A user has uploaded mail to my BBS in Blue Wave format but there seems to be a formatting problem, his messages may contain a few paragraphs but when processed by the offline mail system here the message text all gets bunched together into one paragraph. It makes it hard to read his posts. He is using SemPoint at his end. I use MultiMail myself at times and have never had a problem. The text of messages I upload all look as I expect them to. This user has sent me one of his uploaded .new files to look at and compare to my own and I can see a difference between my upload reply .new file and his. In his reply packet there are CRs where you would expect them (but no LF, or newline) to be and in my upload packet there are CR/LF pairs. So my question is.. what is the correct way to format a Blue Wave reply packet? Is it OK to just use CR or should there be a CR/LF pair? --- BBBS/Li6 v4.10 Toy-4 * Origin: The Rusty MailBox - Penticton, BC Canada (1:153/757) SEEN-BY: 1/123 15/2 18/200 57/0 153/250 220/70 226/17 229/275 354 SEEN-BY: 229/426 452 728 1014 240/5832 249/206 317 400 267/800 317/2 SEEN-BY: 317/3 322/757 342/200 393/68 633/0 267 280 281 412 640/1384 SEEN-BY: 712/620 848 770/0 1 10 100 330 340 772/0 1 210 500 PATH: 153/757 250 770/1 712/848 633/280 229/426 |
