   Exactly. Here, it was pointed out that arrests from automated evidence   
   without a witness was not permitted under state law.  One guess: Money   
   talks, bulls they walk!  They changed the law to legalize street cams.   
   Next will be like the Yoo Kay where when you throw a gum wrapper on the   
   street a "Big Brother" yells at you through a speaker and makes you pick   
   it up or go to jail. (But at least there is a human there)
