   California has something similar.  I did that for a couple of miles   
   (engine off, neutral) coming down from Big Bear on the only weekend day   
   I ever went skiing.  Finally turned around and went home the long way   
   and never again went on a weekend.   
      
   It would have been insane to keep the engine on and in gear for the hour   
   or two it would have taken to get all the way (40 miles, maybe) down.

   Pasadena dumped its red-light cameras on July 1.  You'd think they'd   
   send refunds to all the people who were caught by them, but NOOOOO!
