Can't do the oil       anymore though because i can't get under the car and back up because of my       disabilities. You really should be competent as basic car maintenance and       emergency 'repair' like        that if you're going to be operating a motor vehicle -- especially somewhere       like where i live (southern california) where having your vehicle       non-operational can cause major problems for the huge numbers of other people       on the road.
