   Stormy Daniels said on ABC's "The View" Tuesday that although   
   she's getting more press and making more money because of her   
   highly publicized allegations against the president, those   
   aren't the reasons why she is suing him.   
      
   Co-host Meghan McCain pressed Daniels on whether she was   
   motivated by publicity, saying "I understand that you're being   
   sued by our president, but it does seem like you're benefiting a   
   lot."   
      
   "Yes, there's a lot of publicity but I didn't do it for that   
   because this isn't what I want to be known for," said Daniels,   
   whose real name is Stephanie Clifford.   
      
   "As a matter of fact, I hid for quite a while and it's   
   overwhelming and intimidating and downright scary a lot of   
   times."   
      
   "I've had to hire body guards. So yeah, I'm making more money,   
   but I'm spending so much more," she added.   
      
   Josh Holmes, former campaign manager for Senate Majority Leader   
   Mitch McConnell, said on "Outnumbered" that Daniels and her team   
   are making a "sideshow" out of the situation, and that there was   
   no need for her to be present at Michael Cohen's court   
   appearance in Manhattan Monday afternoon.   
      
   "I think it's regrettable in a lot of ways," he said.   
      
   Harris Faulkner said credit needs to be given to Daniels'   
   lawyer, Michael Avenatti, who she said is "playing this like a   
   movie."   
      
   "This feels a bit, now, orchestrated like a movie. Avenatti is   
   playing it correctly in the sense that it keeps you tuned in."   
      
   The attorney has now released a sketch of the man Daniels said   
   threatened her not to speak out on the affair with Trump.
