   A Loudoun County Public Schools teacher has been charged after   
   she was involved in an inappropriate relationship with a   
   juvenile student at Park View High School, Loudoun County   
   Sheriff's Office officials said.   
      
   Kimberly L. Winters, 32, of Sterling, was arrested Friday and   
   charged with indecent liberties by a custodian. The charge stems   
   from an alleged sexual relationship between Winters and the   
   juvenile victim that occurred between September and November   
   2017, according to the LCSO.   
      
   Winters is being held at the Loudoun County Adult Detention   
   Center on a secure bond. She is the third LCPS teacher arrested   
   in the past month.
