   HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) - A science teacher at Ferrell   
   Middle Magnet School, an all-girls school, was arrested on   
   Wednesday for establishing a romantic relationship with a   
   student.   
      
   According to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office, Jason   
   Osborne, 40, of Apollo Beach, communicated with a 14-year-old   
   student via an app.   
      
   Investigators say Osborne established a romantic relationship   
   with the victim on the app "Remind," a tool utilized by teachers   
   to communicate with parents and students.   
      
   According to investigators, Osborne and his former student began   
   to chat privately on the app nearly two months ago.   
      
   Documents show the pair had this conversation:   
      
   TEACHER: "You don't know how many times a day I think about that   
   afternoon that we were laying together in the park"   
   STUDENT: :)   
   TEACHER: "You don't know how many times I've wondered if we had   
   an entire day together with no interruptions no responsibilities   
   nowhere to be what we will do for that entire day."   
      
   Documents also show the student texted Osborne, saying in part,   
   "Wish you could come home with me. I wanted to pull you in the   
   lab and go in that little room we put out stuff in."   
      
   Osborne responds, "just get through tomorrow and I WILL see you   
   Saturday."   
      
   Osborne met with the student on one occasion.   
      
   On Wednesday, detectives arrested Osborne.   
      
   He is charged with a felony for offenses against students by   
   authority figures and will not be allowed on campus at any   
   Hillsborough County school during the investigation.
