   Atascosa County Sheriff David Soward has reported that a 39 year   
   old female Charlotte ISD teacher was arrested Tuesday morning by   
   Sheriff’s Investigators.   
      
   Sergeant Albert Garza, Crimes Against Children Investigator for   
   the sheriff’s office, made the arrest early Tuesday in San   
   Antonio on warrants issued by Pct. 4 Justice of the Peace,   
   Jackie Bodden. Sheriff Soward identified the teacher as Jennifer   
   Goodwell of Devine. The Sheriff said Goodwell was a second year   
   school teacher.
