   We have to market drugs not as the recreation, that buffoons say they are; but   
   as   
   the poison and medicine, that intelligent know they are.   
      
   This is critical.   
      
   It's criminal negligence not to regulate drugs to be marketed as the poison and   
   medicine they are.   
      
   It's NOT a crime to possess poison.   
      
   It's NOT a crime to poison yourself.
