XPost: sac.politics, alt.california, ca.politics       XPost: ny.politics, nyc.politics       From: Intelligent@savetheworldmsn.com              Plax will stop you from getting plaque and tarter, which if left unaddressed       cause       gingivitis, which is irreversible.                     You could also look into Oil Pulling, probably with Coconut Oil. Or some       people       pull wheat grass for less time.                     Also, other tooth tips. Don't bite down on hard candy or ice, or anything       hard,       as you can crack a tooth, which can be the end of a tooth. This sometimes also       happens to people chewing on a marshmallow or bacon, and this is because the       marshmallow or bacon moves the tooth side to side, and puts stress on it, that       way, so watch out for that as well.              Fruit is both sugary and acidic, and thus a concern like candy, even as it does       have much greater health benefits, if you eat a lot of fruit, you might want to       take care or find a way to get it past your teeth through a straw. Lemons and       limes are among the most damaging.              Whitening toothpastes can whiten your teeth, but some can certainly destroy       enamel       too, so watch out for toothbrush abrasion.              If you ever get dental work, and your teeth heights aren't adjusted right, such       that you have TMJ, you can try adjusting it ever so slightly with an Emory       board,       planning to do three or more slight adjustments over a week. Just brush ever       so       slightly with the Emory Board, to adjust, if the dentist can't figure out where       the mal height is.                     Stages of dental care:              0. Cleaning       1. Filling       1.7 Onlay - some dentists       2. Crown or Root Canal       3. Bridge with Cradle - this means pulled tooth       4. Dentures, or Implants-unlikely              That's right! The dentist just wants to pull all your teeth out and leave you       with dentures. There is no big idea that working on our bodies and getting       dental       care and plastic surgeries is an appealing plan.              Bacteria which destroy teeth grow without Oxygen, so if you fall asleep without       brushing your teeth, breath through your mouth, but a better plan is to at       least       floss while laying down to bed, and Swish with Scope mouthwash, which will       foam if       you gargle for a second, and spit it in a cup, and if you brush most nights of       the       year maybe that will work out for you.              Also you could use ACT Flouride Mouthwash if you think your teeth have been       exposed to sugar, or not brushed the night before. It stops cavities before       they       start, by strengthening weakened parts of the teeth.              --- SoupGate-DOS v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
