   There's no proof, nor evidence, that a fetus is a grown man, so there's no   
   crime   
   identified, even if you didn't have a right to separate from a grown man, which   
   you do.   
      
   For argument's purposes, I am presuming a fetus can be either only a grown   
   man, or   
   a cadaver.
