Only different because you and way to many others choose it to be
'different'. If ignorance is no excuse, then why does the law say
your 'ignorance' has to be corrected? It's like the Canada Evidence
Act which says you do not have to give evidence against yourself, but
try and refuse to 'blow' in a Hwy traffic stop, which will get you a
charge of refusing to blow which will carry a penalty virtually
equivalent to blowing over the limit.
