   under 15 minutes.

   5) A car plate id a$60 bucks per year.   
   6) Th air is clean   
   7) The airport is good to fly from.   
   8) If you live farther away than the perimiter but have a good place   
   you can get to work early and compensate rush hour.   
   9) There's Chinokks in Winter.   
   10) Banff is an hour away.
