   This has been a cross-Canada problem for many, many years.  And it seems   
   both the federal government and the provincial governments are not   
   willing to do anything about the number of foreigners on our healthcare   
   system - fraudulently.   
      
   I wonder why they won't take action, considering our healthcare system   
   is now on its knees and struggling to survive?
