   Exactly, this should have been started a long time ago OR we all   
   should carry ID CARDS with our pictures on it. I still say that   
   driver's licence have too much information on them that thieves could   
   use if you lose your card.

   Because computers can be hacked - cards can also be copied or changed   
   but if they are constantly changed, say once every two or so years   
   then the chance of anyone taking the time to change the picture on   
   your card will not be worth while for anyone.
