   "In other words" a euphemism for 'in my works', Sharkie?   
   Someone from Alberta, whose many premiers were caught with their hands   
   in the public till, have nothing to say about 'no free lunch'.   
   Of course there are free lunches - just depends which Albertan   
   politicians happen to have access to them.
