   Well, WE in Alberta share in the cost of all those floods in   
   Manitoba because people there INSIST   
   on living right next to rivers and lakes. We also share in the cost   
   when those ice storms in central Canada   
   take down overhead lines because they are too behind the times   
   there to bury power and telephone lines.
