   Saskatoon MP Questioning The Canada Revenue Agency's Inquiry Service :CRA SOTW

   A Saskatoon MP is highlighting an issue with the Canada Revenue Agency MP   
   office inquiries for Prairie members.   
      
   NDP MP Sheri Benson says over the summer, the inquiry time has gone from a   
   two-day turnaround to over a month, and none of her constituents' CRA issues   
   have been answered or resolved, so she has written an open letter to the   
   Minister of National Revenue    
   asking for action on the lack of service.   
      
   Benson adds that along with the problems with the Immigration call centre   
   reported last week and the challenges with the federal government's Phoenix   
   Pay System, the CRA MP inquiry line problems are a sign that there must be a   
   systemic issue that needs    
   action.
