|    CBC News Invokes Hitler Again    |
|    10 Sep 16 02:37:21    |
XPost: can.politics, alt.radio.networks.cbc       From: Kixi__@hotmail.ca              Friday, Sept. 9 and CBC make another negative reference to Hitler in       their newscasts. The excuse: it seems the Wesminster complex in London       is crumbling and in need of major repair and that gave CBC editors the       opening to say "Hitler bombed it".              Of course, that's spin for the German Luftwaffe bombed it. CBC are not       known for providing context and balance on Nazi/Jew issues ... so here       it is.              It seems that Britain had declared war on Germany and those       inconsiderate Germans didn't stay home and wait for the Brits to arrive       on their borders.              Furthermore, that "madman Churchill" as Hitler called him, had provoked       Germany into bombing London by repeatedly bombing Berlin ... and that       retaliation quashed Britain's peace movement ... just as Churchill       likely intended it would.              Here is a copy of someone's timeline of events:       -----------------------------------------------------              Great Blunders of WWII: The Pilot Who Bombed London       I War There: The Blitz       War Zone: Hitler's War (Part I)              Timeline (1940):              24 Aug: Germans accidentally bomb London. Bomber crews responsible       demoted to infantry battalions as punishment. Luftwaffe stays well away       from London over the next few days and nights — a show of fair play.       Rudolf Hess initiates secret contacts with high level British officials       — so, Britain knew the bombing of London had been an accident!              25 Aug: RAF raids Berlin -- using incendiary bombs (on Churchill's       personal orders). No casualties. Hitler eats it.              28 Aug: RAF raids Berlin. German casualties. Public outrage. Nazis fear       civil unrest. Hitler eats it.              3 Sep: RAF raids Berlin. Further German casualties. Public outrage.       Nazis fear civil unreast. Hitler prepares speech.              4 Sep: Bowing to public pressure, Hitler speeks at Berlin Sports Palace       warning Britain to cease Terror Bombing or else Germany would       retaliate. Churchill knew further bombing of Berlin would provoke       retaliation.              6 Sep: RAF raids Berlin again with 81 bombers. The RAF has now bombed       civilians in Berlin four (4) times. All the while, Rudolf Hess has been       appologizing to the British government, and the Luftwaffe has been       bending over backwards to avoid London airspace. Churchill's terrorism       (violence against civilian non-combatants) is unambiguously unprovoked.              7 Sep: Luftwaffe raids London docks. That night, 240 Luftwaffe bombers       attack London again. Over the next 2 months, London is bombed every       night but one in what is now known as The Blitz.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
