Sure.. the mint.ca outlines some criteria for their $5 bills.   
But I haven't seen or heard the plans where Charlie will be in  
the scheme of things.

The next $2 polar-bear coin is supposed to commemorate ER's  
reign and have a black band around each side of the coin.
