I don't see any french speaking echoes currently. I forget now but I think the
area tag was FRANCAIS but I don't know where it oeiginated.

I wouldn't be able to participate in a french (or any other language for that
matter) area but if folks wanted to put it together I would add the area here
and make it available to others who are interested.
