I am guessing their TP is similar to ours, where you can buy plain paper, but there are also scented varieties, as well as ones with lotion, and there used to be several that were dyed, either a solid color (pink or blue, usually) or with a print. I have not seen any that is dyed in a while. I would be concerned that some of the cheaper varieties may use cheaper, less "refined" paper than what is in a coffee filter. At some point in time, there was a "stink" about TP that had undisclosed chemicals in it that were causing sensitive people to have rashes. Remembering that, I would be leery of using it how you describe.
