AA> I wonder who will be the arbiter of "Canadian content" and how AA> will this skew one's choices during a media search for content. MP>What does C-11 do exactly? Protect Canadians from outside views? MP>I wonder if it applies to this echo? :O I haven't gone into the fine print but mainly it has to do with Streaming entertainment and keeping a certain percentage of that as Canadian content so it may effect what video is Offered to Canadians. I doubt it would effect something like this where content is voluntary and there is no control over where it is sent from, and often no way to even know where it was sent from, at least not to outsiders. i.e.. It likely appears that I am posting from the USA where in actuality I'm Canadian accessing the BBS from Canada for the past 25 years or so.. B) --- * SLMR Rob * Work off excess energy...
