I expect pretty low turnout again. As you suggested weather has
some effect but you could also vote by mail with a bit of online
hassle to avoid driving to the polling stations.

The biggest issue may be that, although medium to lower income
people normally tend to not vote for the Conservatives, things
have not been totally horrible under Ford and people have been
down on the Liberals for a while now.. and the NDP party plans
generally want to bankrupt the Province by giving things they
can't afford to the lower income people.

I think the federal election will more of a zoo.. I'd have a
hard time wanting any of those running put in charge..
