I did not hear that that there were no actual buyers for it.

If the plane is just a false appeasement of some kind (most  
have used the term "bribe" - for something) then those  
technical issues will surely be a let down for Trump.

Right.. the other two are well ahead of the conversions and  
fittings.  Dunno how Trump thinks this new one will get ahead  
of the line and finished before his term is over.
